So we already have a few solar-powered Gizmos (that will not make contact with ten twenty foot pole), but Thanko own sun-lovin 'DAP actually does not look half bad. Solar Digital Audio Player from the front, it looks like any other ho hum unit, with 1.8-inch 220 x 176 resolution display, 4GB internal memory and miniSD slot. Flip 'er over, and you'll find a thoughtful kickstand, so that just happens, have the right slapped solar panel, allowing the brilliant, out of the sun to give it a few minutes of life. There's no official word on price or release date, but not on the bank it ever coming Stateside, anyway.
