Mumbai Terrorists Watch World React With Horror Using BlackBerrys


Terrorists in Mumbai may have committed inhumane acts, but in at least one way, they are just like you and me. When the authorities cut the cable channels to hotels, where terrorists held more than 200 hostages, which were based on another piece of technology to monitor the reaction of the world and the police response to the attacks BlackBerrySA. Commandos were surprised not only to find equipment in backpacks terrorists, but use the Internet to look beyond the Indian media, local information, viewing global response in real time, as well.

It is somewhat striking that the terrorists' use of BlackBerrySA "caught by surprise counter-terrorist forces." Although perhaps the next step forward in the sophistication of their organization, in the sense that it makes instant communication more than ever, it has long been reported that grid Terrorist use of the Internet and mobile phones to communicate. Why not use the same tools that millions around the world use? That we do not all live in caves, you know.
