Though it’s been delayed a few weeks from the announcement date, Sony Tablet P is finally getting an update to the latest Android Version 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich), available only in selected markets. The update was earlier released to its big brother Tablet S in April this year.
Already available in Europe by the end of May, the update brings a host of fresh features like new Sony Apps, direct access to full-sized SD card, drag & drop folder creation and functionality.  It also includes enriched photo viewing/editing options to personalize the user’s multimedia experience. Sony mentioned on its Developer World Blog, that a few operating system enhancements such as streamlined user interface and improved multi-tasking has been done as well for better performance in comparison to its earlier version Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
