ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101
The Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101 is without doubt one of the unique Android gadgets ever built. The task of rooting or installing recovery on the gadget is a bit difficult, involving some sophisticated commands and guide which make issues more durable for beginners. The good news is that there’s a new one-click tool for the tablet which can allow newcomers to easily root, install recovery, and even repair the gadget if it’s caught within the bootloop problem.
XDA Developers senior member Factor O Doom needed to make issues simpler for Eee Pad Transformer owners by developing a one-click tool referred to as PERI, which stands for Fairly Easy Recovery Installer.
Other than the tool’s name suggesting simple recovery installation, it can be used to root and repair soft-bricked Transformer tablets.
As far as compatibility is worried, the tool has been tested and proven to work on Transformer tablets TF101 and TF101G running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, firmware update model 9.2.1.24, The tool additionally reportedly works for the Asus Eee Pad Slider SL101.
