Lamborghini TL688 Spyder Android Smartphone
It seems like a natural notion for every tech enthusiast that a handset with smaller size and lower specs will also be marketed in a lower price. However, Lamborghini proved us all wrong because TL688 Spyder with comes with just 2-inch display having 240 x 320 pixels resolution will be priced at around 70,000 Rubles (US $2,145). Moreover, TL688 will have 3-megapixel camera and 4 GB of internal memory. It will operate on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and with this we can say that it’s really a pity. Lamborghini however, assured its hopeful owners that there will be an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update coming shortly after the release.
Lamborghini TL700 Android Smartphone
A bigger version of TL688 Spyder was dubbed by the manufacturer as Lamborghini TL700 which has a 3.7-inch screen size featuring the WVGA sapphire crystal display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. The manufacturer boasts that TL700 will have a casing processed by a diamond and crocodile skin. That’s almost as good as it can get if it offers much better specs than the previous model but unfortunately, we will still be getting Gingerbread on fairly low specs. It will be marketed at around 90,000 Rubles (US $2,750).Lamborghini TL820 Spyder 2 Android Smartphone
The third device is the Lamborghini TL820 or also dubbed as Spyder 2. It is a bit bigger than TL688 but a littler smaller than TL700 at 2.4-inch screen size. It offers 640 x 480 pixels resolution and has two cameras–the primary has 5 megapixels and the front-facing has 0.3 megapixels. The manufacturer has given this device 1GB of internal memory with T-Flash support. With a battery powered at 1200 mAh, this luxury handset may have several hours of uptime considering Gingerbread is pretty stable and a power-saver. It may bear a price tag of 80,000 Rubles (US $2,475).Lamborghini L2800 Android Tablet
Lastly, Lamborghini L2800 tablet will be released together with the three handsets. This device may have a better future than the three smartphones as it can really compete with other mid-range tablets in the Android market today as far as specs are concerned. L2800 will be packed with a Qualcomm single-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 512 MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory. It has 5-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras with a screen size as big as that of the Apple New iPad at 9.7 inches. It’s display features 1024 x 768 pixels resolution and backlit with light-emitting diodes (LED). Still, it will operate on Android 2.3 Gingerbread but will be marketed around 75,000 Rubles (US $2,290).While it has already been expected that anything built by Lamborghini would be priced at a very high range, the manufacturer could have made these devices better by putting higher specs and the latest version of Android aside from the luxurious design and materials used. Clearly, the brand is what the people is paying for and not the device. There is no information as to the full specs, fixed prices and availability of these devices yet. If you have the money, would you consider buying one of these?
