In an official press release, Motorola Mobility in China announced that its newest additions to the smartphone market are now available for the Chinese audience. The Google acquisition seems to have brought better results for the manufacturer as it is starting to become aggressive in terms of releasing new devices with better specs. These Chinese-targeted duo are expected to perform well in the country. If they will succeed, there is a possibility that Motorola will port them to other markets around the globe reaching new audiences and thus expanding its coverage while acquiring more revenues.
Motorola Razr V MT887 & Motoluxe MT680
Motorola Razr V MT887 sports a 4.3-inch screen in a surprisingly svelte water-splash guard body and a range of gorgeous colors making it fairly big and eye-catching enough to acquire the attention it needs to sell. With a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, it has all the muscles it needs to perform better than what everybody might have expected of it. It has also been given a camera with 8 megapixels just enough to capture photos with great resolution and quality at a certain distance. Razr V will come in three colors; white, black and pink. Basically, it targets the tastes of the people who want to have a device with a darker or lighter look as well as give more emphasis to feminism with pink.
Motoluxe MT680 comes with a 4-inch screen and leaves an impression being a fashion-forward device offering an unusually stylish ambiance for any fashion-lovers. Motorola boasts of it having just 10.35 millimeter thick with an asymmetric design that will surely stand out among others. While we have a tendency to think that all stylish phones are weak, Motojrola has proven as wrong as Motoluxe MT680 comes with 1GHz processor and a 5-megapixel primary camera which will surely find its importance for people who love to take photos of their fashion statements.
Motorola Razr V MT887 operates on the latest Android version (Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich) making it as updated as everybody wants it to be. This would also make it stand out in the crowd knowing it can be put under the same category as with other high-end smartphones in the market which also operate on ICS. Motorola Mobility has made this device adaptive to your needs made possible by unique features which you can also manipulate or adjust to your preference.
On the other hand, Motoluxe MT680 stands proud with its hardware and design, although many Android lovers believe it could be accepted well had Motorola considered it as one of its many ICS devices. There is no information as to when or if there will be an update roll out soon, but if the company wants this device to excel in the market it is trying to target, an ICS update would surely be one of the factors fans would consider in deciding whether to buy this device or not. Motorola is offering Razr V MT887 for around $518 while Motoluxe MT680 is marketed around $314. Of course, you will have to convert these figures to the local currency.
