LG’s remaining phones of 2011 – Part One: LG Univa, LG Prada K2 and LG Fantasy

It seems that LG has big plans for the rest of this year. Apparently it is not  enough for them that they entered the Guinness Book of Records with the first phone sporting a dual core processor ( LG Optimus 2X ) and that it also has the first phone with a 3D screen and camera phone available internationally ( LG Optimus 3D ). This time a new leak reveals the complete portfolio of LG terminal on 2011. In the first part of our article, we will take a closer look at the LG Prada K2, LG Univa and LG Fantasy. Let’s kick it off!

The LG Prada K2 is a dual core model, which will be launched in the second half of this year and comes with a 4.3-inch NOVA display and a case boasting a thickness of only 8.8 mm. The terminal will incorporate an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a front camera of 1.3 megapixels, plus 16 GB internal memory. In terms of the connectivity and OS, you should be happy to find out that the LG Prada K2 running is running the Android 2.3 Gingerbread and supports HSPA + 21 Mbps connectivity, while the case has a textured design inspired by Prada. The launch could take place during the holiday season so make sure you mark your calendars!

The descendant of Optimus One and considered by some as the “Optimus Two”, the LG Univa terminal will upgrade every aspect of its predecessor. As a result, Thus, The Univa phone comes with a 800MHz processor, a 3.5 inch HVGA display and a 5 megapixel camera. Univa has a thickness of 11.9 mm, is running Gingerbread and provides DLNA support. The launch is scheduled for Q4.

As for the LG Fantasy, this model design that reminds us of HTC HD7 is running Windows Phone 7 Mango and unfortunately we do not have much information about it. It seems that in Q4 we will see this attractive terminal in the market.
