Samsung Galaxy Q comes with a 5.3 inch display at IFA 2011

Remember the HTC Eternity? If I thought that the 4.7-inch screen present on the HTC Eternity phone is extremely large, it looks like the Korean manufacturer could exceed this limit, launching a phone with a screen of 5.3 inches. After all, someone very wise once said that bigger is always better. Or something along those lines anyway. The handset could be unveiled at IFA 2011, an event that will be held in September in Berlin. The IFA 2011 event will take place in the 2 to 7 September time frame. Are you excited? Well, I don’t know if the Galaxy Q is a smallest tablet ever or the largest phone ever. One thing is dead certain: the line between phones and tablets becomes thinner with the Galaxy Q.
Thus, the fine line between smartphones and tablets once again become unclear, especially since we have the uncertain smartpad segment. We don’t know much yet about this new terminal but everyone adores some little speculation, right? The Samsung newcomer could be called Galaxy Q and its screen will be a Super AMOLED Plus, probably boasting an impressive resolution. Furthermore, the Android operating system will be chosen for this model and we wonder if Samsung will surprise us with Android Ice Cream Sandwich or maybe with the Honeycomb on this model.
With the imminent release of the HTC Eternity and Samsung’s Galaxy Q, we can only wonder when will phone manufacturers stop?  What is the maximum diagonal size and when is the screen of a smartphone too large? And here’s a thought you can ponder on. Since this model comes with a larger screen than Dell’s Streak, which, even for a second, that was not called a smartphone, we can already introduce the Galaxy Q in the tablets segment… Am I right? What is your opinion?
