Samsung have recently released these three dual SIM quad band GSM phones across India, named the Star II Duos, Metro Duos, and Metro C3752. The Samsung Star II Duos has a sleek and stylish design and features dual SIM capability with dual standby, and a touchscreen with the Touchwiz 3.0 user interface. Samsung have also included Quickpanel and Quicktype, as well as the SoundAlive system which is designed to improve the audio quality through headphones by using 3D audio effects.
The Samsung Metro Duos is another dual SIM quad band GSM handset, also with dual standby and a stylish metal casing. Samsung have opted for a 2.2-Inch 240×320 pixel TFT screen, with multimedia capability, 46MB internal memory, a microSD slot expandable up to 16GB, and a 1000mAh battery that promises up to 10 hours of talk time and 500 hours of standby.
The Metro 3752 also has dual SIM capacity and features a unique sliding design. The phone comes with a 2.4-Inch 240×320 pixel TFT screen, a 3 megapixel camera, 40MB Internal Memory, a 900mAh battery that provides up to 11 hours talk time and up to 450 hours of standby. The microSD slot is also expandable up to 16GB, just like the Metro Duos.
Whilst none of these three Samsung Metro handsets are likely to feature at IFA Berlin 2011, as they have been released in other parts of the world for some time already, there will certainly be a market for these dual SIM handsets from Samsung in India. What do you think?
