HTC Flyer is undoubtedly one of the best built
7 inch tablets available in the market currently. However, there is one feature which decrease the value of this tablet i.e. support to Android 2.2 Froyo platform especially when many companies have launched and announced Tablets with latest Android versions such as Gingerbread and Honeycomb.
Those who are anxiously waiting for the Honeycomb OS upgrade for Flyer will surely feel happy when they will hear that first build of the Honeycomb OS for the Flyer has just surfaced on the web.
But there is no need to flash it as this very early beta ROM is intended for developers. According to Hacker Paul O’Brian statement, very soon a fully tested ROM will be rolled out by him so he doesn’t recommend anyone to use this current release as there is a possibility that on flashing it you may feel it hard to flash back to a previous fully tested ROM.
